Glossary of Helpful Information:

Proxy: is a option for a absentee owner to participate in a meeting (including voting) by having another owner represent them on their behalf
Attendance: is based on people who attend in person.
Vote: is granted to each unit which is in good standing. This can be done in person or via proxy.
Quorum Needed: Number of units needed to start voting.
Quorum: is based on unique units checked into the meeting. This includes in person and proxies.
Paper Voting: Vote entered manually by management on behalf of the owner.
Live Meeting Voting: The voter checked into the meeting (in person or via digital sign-in) and voted from their phone or email during the live meeting.
Online Voting: Voter cast their ballot from the owner portal during the extended online voting window after the live meeting.

  • Nominations will be accepted from the floor. In order to run for the Board of Directors, you must be current on your HOA fees and not have open violations against your dwelling. It would be helpful to have a personal email account to which you can receive HOA documents. All new Directors will be elected.
